30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not happy with your Grow Turn Hair Serum, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, whether that's application tips or a refund. Refund requests require clear photo or video evidence of product usage. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team, and once approved we'll share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and refunds (order subtotal, excluding shipping) are processed after we inspect the item. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or another resolution.
